WHO WE ARE
Character Development, Relationships Skills and Leadership Training
We conduct workshops, seminars and presentations for teachers, administrators, educators, parents, university students, community leaders and professional business representatives in character education, ethics, leadership and relationship skills training, character-based sexuality education, and parenting education.

Alan
Saunders
Alan is a presenter and educator in the areas of character development, leadership training, conflict resolution, peer mediation, relationship skills building, and parenting education.
He has given teacher-training workshops throughout Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Eastern Europe, Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States, in the Pacific islands including in Australia and New Zealand.
Alan has presented at numerous character education conferences in the U.S. He has taught character and character-based sexuality education in the middle and high schools in Clifton and Paterson, New Jersey as well as having given parent and teacher training seminars throughout New Jersey, New York California and in other states in the U.S.

He is currently the chairman of the NGO (CoNGO) committee on HIV/AIDS and in this capacity has coordinated and organized briefings, conferences and events at the UN with Ambassadors to the UN and representatives of UN agencies including UNAIDS, UNICEF and UNDP. He has also moderated and presented at briefings and sessions at the UN in NYC and in other countries. He has represented the committee at the Conference of NGOs board meeting in Thailand.

a writer, researcher and presenter on issues of marriage and
family, character education, and conflict resolution.

Co-author. Discovering the Real Me curriculum, a comprehensive 1st to 12th grade character development and relationship skills curriculum published by Paragon House in 2006.

books in the series Love Is Learning to Cherish, a character/relationships
education curriculum. The series is published by The Alliance
